What is A mental Wellness Coach?

However, they do help clients manage emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety — all of which improves mental health. While coaching is not therapy, it is a great addition for someone who is currently in therapy or has had therapy in the past, to help reinforce the self-help skills learned through therapy.
